This policy describes personal information handled in connection with the Your IT Buddy website and initial business enquiries. When you email or call us, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to share. The enquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional company name, service interest and project description. It prepares a draft in your email application. The form has no submission endpoint and does not save your entries to a website database or browser storage. We receive your enquiry only if you send the email or otherwise contact us.
How we use enquiry information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting business conversation. Contacting us about a project is not a request to subscribe to marketing messages.

Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website. This website’s own code does not set cookies, use local storage or load advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and images are served with the website. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security; avoid sending passwords or sensitive records in an initial message.
