This website provides general information about our capabilities. It is not a binding offer or a service contract. Project scope, pricing, timelines, payments, intellectual-property ownership, support and other engagement terms are established in a separate written agreement. If a service agreement conflicts with these website terms in relation to that engagement, the service agreement takes precedence.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send unlawful content or use it to infringe another person’s rights. You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate business purposes.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, branding and original design are owned by Your IT Buddy or used with permission, unless otherwise identified. Third-party images, fonts and other materials remain subject to their respective licences. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Enquiries and communications
The project enquiry tool prepares an email in your own email application; it does not send a message automatically. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project. Do not send passwords, confidential credentials or sensitive personal information through an initial enquiry.
Third-party links and services
Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Availability and results
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Project results depend on the agreed scope and external factors. Search rankings, traffic, campaign performance and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed by statements on this website.
Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Your IT Buddy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website information or interruptions to website access. Nothing in these terms excludes any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable written agreement.
